Custom Transition Designs
Over time Phase 2 Microwave Ltd have developed many transition designs to meet the customers unique requirements., whether they be:
-
- Environmental, such as TVAC and are intended to be used for the testing of flight hardware and require additional documentation such as DML,'s and DPL's.
- Form, with unique features such as high pressure flange designs for applications such as low PIM hardware and additional mounting bracketry.
-
Fit, customised to meet with customers particular dimensional requirements.
- Function, this may range from high power applications, narrow band with lower VSWR and requirements where they form part of an integrated assembly.
In addition to the standard range of transitions above, which are machined from billet aluminium, Phase 2 Microwave Ltd can also manufacture in copper and brass using soldered fabrication techniques.
Phase 2 Microwave Ltd can address these requirements whether they be for small, medium or large volumes.
It is impossible to predict our customers unique requirements but we work with them to best accommodate their needs.
